Hitchmough’s is a highly regarded riding school. Facilities, horses and procedures are regularly checked for AIRE approval to ensure that the highest level of service and standards are continually met.

The equestrian centre is located in the beautiful Owenabue Valley with a panoramic view over Cork Harbour and it is an idyllic setting for all your equestrian needs with friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff.

Hitchmough’s Riding School specialises in a wide selection of training from show jumping and dressage to eventing and racing. All levels of rider are welcome, from beginners to competition riders, disabled riders, and career students.

A competition livery yard is also incorporated into the Hitchmough's Riding School operation. Billy Twomey, son of owner Jill Twomey, began his career here. Billy Twomey is currently the highest ranked Irish show jumper having reached 3rd in the Rolex World Rankings in 2011.
